Schedule-Cloud Employee scheduling and notifications streamlines communication between an employee and the administration/staffing office. All information is accessible through the app to assist the employee in managing their work.
All employee notifications, work offers, event changes, time approvals updates of profile information and availability can be managed from their smart phone device. Acceptance or decline of offers can be activated through the app and saved on the administrator web application.
Employee work history and clock-in and out times including breaks can be viewed by month or year-to-date. Training information and other important documents can be sent to the employee portal for their review. Employees can send an email or call the admin/home office from their device under the contact tab.
